If the wife immigrates to the U.S. through eb-5, and her husband stays in China doing his business,
does her husband also subject to the U.S. tax report obligation? If they file tax return seperately one in the U.S., one in China?
Note, in this case her husband does not apply for an immigration visa.
It all depends on how the wife and husband files US tax returns. Should talk to a US tax specialist, which we are not. There are a myriad of issues that will come up for Chinese investors.
