We should hear something from USCIS soon. We don't know when the new filing fees will be effective at this time. But you can bet when we hear something, we will post the news here.
Does that mean that if a company wants to set up a new regional center, they'd better be quick before USCIS new announcement?
It means if anyone wants to submit a regional center designation application to USCIS without having to pay for a large filing fee, they better rush. So, if that's what you mean, you are correct.
