I have received my conditional green card through a regional centre.
If I get married before application to remove conditions can my wife be included? What would her status be? She is currently in the US on a student visa.
No, she cannot be included, because she wasn't your wife when you obtained conditional permanent residence status. We personally think it's sort of unfair because it goes against the concept of family unification but . . .
