Mission of www.EB-5Center.com

Our overriding goal is to provide helpful and objective information on EB-5 law and requirements to EB-5 community, including potential EB-5 investors, and to contribute in improving the EB-5 Program by generating interest and discussions on various aspects of the EB-5 Program for the continuing improvement of EB-5 Program.

To this end, our specific sub-goals are:

• To create a website which can be used as a "one-stop" resource center for the EB-5 community, where anyone can obtain a good understanding of EB-5 law and Regional Centers.
• To offer EB-5 community, including potential EB-5 investors around the world, a good working knowledge of not only the legal requirements EB-5 law but more importantly, practical knowledge of how a particular EB-5 Project attempts to meet those requirements.
• To fill the need of a niche market demand by sharing the latest developments and analysis on EB-5 law, Regional Centers and EB-5 Projects -- but without promoting or recommending any specific Regional Center or EB-5 project.
• To offer discriminating EB-5 related consultations and services to the EB-5 community and EB-5 investors world-wide.
• To create a single place where EB-5 community can come together to exchange information on problems and potential solutions on EB-5 related information.
• To help combat misinformation and inaccurate rumors and/or misinformation about the Regional Center Program around the world.

To be sure, the above are ambitious goals, but we believe we are well-positioned to meet the challenge. And in the process, we hope to become more informed about, and be more responsive to, the needs and concerns of the EB-5 community and EB-5 Investors (potential and existing) around the world.
