Posted below in its entirety. USCIS informed that there are currently 75 designated regional centers. Pretty soon, there will be 100 designated regional centers. We do not believe the current demand for EB-5 cases can support this many regional centers. Included answer to a question regarding insurance provision by EB-5 investors.
