[HOT] 2009 Fiscal Year EB-5 statistics revealed

For 2009 Fiscal Year, 1028 I-526s were filed. Out of these, 966 were approved.

For 2009 Fiscal Year, 437 I-829 were filed. Out of these, 335 were approved.

Currently, there are 75 USCIS-designated regional centers, and there are 50 more pending.

CSC does not break down the above stats into regional center and non-regional center cases, but suffice to say that 85% or more of all filed EB-5 cases are regional center based. Therefore, one could argue persuasively that regional center cases have a good track record.
