[HOT] EB-5 bill by Rep. Jared Polis expected to be introduced soon

We hear that Rep. Jared Polis (D-CO) is planning to introduce his EB5 legislation sometime this week. The bill will contain some non-controversial reforms, as well as a provision for the permanent authorization for the program. It will also contain provisions for a new "founders" visa aimed at the venture capital community.

Don't get too excited though, because the bill will probably sit there for some time until it gets consolidated into the future Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR).
