[HOT] City of Dallas Regional Center

One thing I found interesting about the below article on the City of Dallas Regional Center is that Chinese EB-5 investors might view a greater involvement by a city or state government as a positive sign. Imagine if the U.S. federal government itself, such as the Commerce Department, obtains a Regional Center designation?
