Iranian investors' I-526 cases finally gets approved, according to ACFI-RC Program

According to Alabama Center for Foreign Investment, LLC (a designated regional center program), they were the first regional center in the nation -- as far as they are aware -- to get Iranians' I-526 petitions approved after Iranians' I-526 petitions became stalled around March 1, 2009.

The Alabama Regional Center owes any success we had with I-526 approvals for our Iranian investors to Chicago immigration lawyer Taher Kameli and our project developer. It is a relief to put the matter behind us. It was very costly and wasted a precious eight months during which no investor funds were creating jobs and no hurricane-resistant modular homes were being built for the Gulf Coast.
