It appears the two Chinese businessmen who are competitors are planning similar hybrid car projects.

Will the above EB-5 projects really be able to take place based on EB-5 investors' funds? We do not have all the facts to comment, but if it does take place, it surely will be the largest EB-5 projects so far. One thing is probable: only one company will survive.
