Already received the CPR 3 days ago, When will I get the SSN card?
On the form DS-230, I already checked the option that claims I would like to receive an SSN card directly along with the CPR. Below is the original phrases from DS-230:
---------------
Do you want the Social Security Administration to assign you an SSN (and
issue a card) or issue you a new card (if you have an SSN)? You must
answer "Yes" to this question and to the "Consent To Disclosure" in order
to receive an SSN and/or card.
(And I checked YES)

Also, at the US Port of Entry the immigrant officer told me that I don't need to apply for the SSN separately, but I already received the CPR 3 days ago, why still no SSN card? The SSN card is supposed to be delivered before CPR, is this right?
The problem with checking Yes on DS-230 form is that even after you check "Yes" to this box, the SS Card may not arrive sometimes, so it's always better to go down to SS office and check for yourself. The system does not work sometimes as it claims to be.
