Can a regional center be established in an area where there is already a regional center?
Like the subject states, can there be more than one regional center in the same area? In another word, if there is already a regional center in a town, can we establish another regional center there? Thanks a lot!
There is no per se regulatory prohibitions. In fact CA has many RCs covering the same or similar geographic areas. However, it is our opinion that if the target business is the same or similar, USCIS may have a problem with that and use their discretion to not approve the RC application.
