What company are you talking about? There is no fixed fee but a fee agreed upon you and the escrow company, usually a bank.
Thank you very much for your reply. I understand that it is a fee agreed upon us and a bank. But do you happen to know what is usually the range of the percentage or the fee? Thanks a lot!
It differs among banks on how much they charge to escrow the funds, but I would guess $1,000 or less. Again, the escrow fee charged by the escrow bank should be specifically stated in the escrow agreement. I am sure all Regional Center Programs use escrow banks that charge reasonable escrow fees.
