[HOT] Poll on how EB-5 law should be amended

I thought it would be interesting to take a poll on which of the below proposed amendments is preferred by different people and/or has a better chance to pass the Congress.

Proposal 1: Amend the RC Program so that the job-creation requirement is done away with, but still keep the CPR to LPR procedures, i.e., keep the I-829 procedure.

Proposal 2: Amend the RC Program so that not only the job-creation requirement is done away with, but also eliminate the I-829 procedure by giving "permanent" green cards to investors right after I-526s are approved.

Proposal 3: Allow EB-5 investors to file I-829 at any time between 21st month after acquiring CPR and 48th month -- that is, give more time to create the requisite jobs.

Proposal 4: Same as Proposal 3 but reduce the job numbers required from 10 to a lesser number, say 5.
