If for business reason I have to renounce my conditional GC status at the first year
If for business reason I have to renounce my conditional GC status at the *first year*, can I still get my 500k USD back after 5 years? If so, will they wire transfer the fund into my account overseas or I have to go to the US again in person after 5 yrs?
FYI, I already got my conditional green card under the **** regional center program.

First, you should verify or confirm with the General Partner. However, my understanding is that yes, your conditional green card status right or giving up does not relate to your right or obligation to receive your investment fund at an appropriate time.
