Five more I-829s approved for LP 3 and LP 9 EB-5 Projects

On April 23, 2009, five more I-829 cases were approved for LP 3 and LP 9. Specifically, 3 more I-829s were approved for LP 9 EB-5 Project, while 2 more I-829s were approved for LP 3 EB-5 Project. These cases were originally submitted at TSC and had been pending there, but recently were transferred to CSC and adjudicated. It appears that all previously-pending I-526 and I-829 cases have been completely transferred to CSC now and are being reviewed and adjudicated in the chronological order of the original filing dates.
