EB-5-related issues for Project Companies, EB-5 clients, Regional Centers and wanna-be Regional Centers

Here, various EB-5 related articles addressing issues of broader scope and implications will be examined in more detail, and as such, we would say this section is very important. An attempt was made to divide and group the articles that are relevant into the following categories: 1) Companies engaged in job-creating projects; 2) "Existing/Potential EB-5 Clients"; 3) "Existing/Wanna-Be Regional Centers"; and 4) "Everyone Interested in EB-5 Program" as a catch-all category and relevant to anyone interested in the EB-5 Program. This "EB-5 Issues" section differs from the "Easy as EB-5" section in that the "Easy as EB-5" section only covers key concepts of "EB-5 law" to provide an easy-to-understand conceptual overview of EB-5 law requirements to laymen users, whereas this "EB-5 Issues" section covers certain issues and information that have wider implications in greater details. Some of the articles posted in this "EB-5 Issues" will be written by guest contributors or non-U.S. immigration practitioners.
